-Description of the service : Development of Power Characterization and quality modeling checkers for a library of Standard cells, and memories on 45nm technologies. Quality Checking will potentially extend to Processor Core IPs Power Characterization and modeling. That work is in the context of the company ultra low power and power management Design Platform with worldwide deployment on all company Products on that technology node.
-Skills and competencies required : oDigital design experience (as a front end, back end engineer or in charge of power estimation) oSome Experience on Primepower, Power Theater, PrimeTime Px strongly appreciated oStrong skills in scripting (TCL, Perl) oGood skills in Object Oriented Programming (preferably Java but C++/C# OK) oBackground on and IDE (preferably Eclipse but Visual Studio or Netbeans OK) oBasics in digital CMOS designs
-Education Level: oMSEE or PhD in Electrical Engineering
-Languages: oFluent English
